Online Taiji & Qigong Classes
MW Taichi & Wellness offers live online Taiji and Qigong classes for adults, seniors, community groups, and wellness organizations. Programs include monthly live Zoom classes, no-cost classes through nonprofit community partners, and online courses hosted by universities and community institutions.
Our classes focus on gentle movement, balance, flexibility, breathwork, and mind-body wellness, with safe modifications for different ages, fitness levels, and health needs.
